- At Info Edge, all women employees are entitled to 26 weeks of full pay maternity leave. Care is taken to ensure that upon resuming work after maternity leave, the woman employee joins back in the same role as before. For the women employees who choose to adopt or opt for childbirth through surrogacy, Info Edge offers 12 weeks of full pay maternity leave.
- As a step in the right direction, all men employees of Info Edge are entitled to 1 week of paternity leave.
- Info Edge provides crèche facility nationally to support parents by offering supervised and safe child-care while they are at work.
- Info Edge has partnered with Health Insurance providers to extend infertility treatment benefit up to maternity sublimit.
Workplace Safety at Info Edge
Info Edge has a gender neutral, zero-tolerance policy towards Sexual Harassment at Workplace. The Internal Complaints Committee comprises of Senior Leaders of the organization. All employees are mandated to undergo training on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace within 30 days of joining and regular follow-up trainings are also conducted
