Job Objective

The objective of this role is to enhance our client base by acquiring new business and renewal for our digital advertising solutions for real estate industry.

Job Description

  1. Business Development: Sell online Property solutions to clients-Real Estate Developers and Consultants by assessing their business requirements and tailor pitch the solutions.
  2. Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients through renewal, upselling and cross selling.
  3. Lead Generation: Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling and establishing relationships.
  4. Client Service & Engagement: Actively engage with the customers by monitoring product delivery, demonstrations and trainings.
  5. Closure & Collection: Manage prospects, negotiate and freeze on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation and ensure timely collection.
  6. Process Compliance: Partner with other departments (i.e. Legal, Finance, product) to ensure process compliance and adherence to guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and product.
  • Customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience from the internet/ real estate industry
  • Knowledge and exposure of the assigned area
