About the Role

As part of our effort to make Hirist.com more premium, we've formed a pool of 1500 companies that we refer to as premium companies for hirist.com; of these, about 600 are not on the hirist.com platform. We'd like to approach them internally and On-board them on freemium model. Allow them to try out our product by assisting them with a few job listings.

Functional Area

Strategic Initiatives (Reporting to Head Strategic Initiatives) It is a high visibility role and entails working with senior leadership

What you will be doing:

- Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects. - Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients. - Responsible for Onboarding the accounts assigned. Prepare well for the demos. Take feedback from the peers. Handle objections raised by the client independently.

- Cover the ground and do lot of positive re-enforcement through Webinars, Product Collaterals, Conferences and drip campaigns

What are we Looking for:

We are looking for sales professionals with a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win. In this role, you will identify and reach out to the potential clients of hirist.com. You will need to identify and convey a compelling value proposition of the platform to the prospects and lead new customer acquisition.

Work Days and Timings:

Monday to Friday

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday – Sunday fixed off

Who is a Growth Manager?

3. Analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns: Growth managers oversee marketing campaigns and analyze their performance. They use data analysis tools to track user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.

4. Collaborating with product teams: Growth managers collaborate with product teams to identify and implement new product features that drive user engagement and retention.

5. Experimenting and testing: Growth managers conduct experiments and tests to validate growth hypotheses. This includes conducting A/B tests, user testing, and other experiments to identify the most effective growth strategies.

6. Monitoring and reporting on performance: Growth managers monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. They use this data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth strategies.
