Designation: AVP Inside Sales

Required Educational Qualification: Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Sales or Marketing.

Desired Experience: 12+Years

Job Objective:  We are looking to hire for sales leader to head the inside Sales portfolio , someone who is passionate about Consumer sales is data-driven and has proven experience in building high-performance sales teams will be a right match for this role

Job Description:

  • Demonstrated success leading a team in a fast-paced setting, achieving tele-sales targets through cold calling.
  • Should have a track record of leading Tele Sales teams who excel at generating sales through Cold Calling.
  • Will be responsible to hire, manage and train the sales teams.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goal
    Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the Sales team, monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results.
  • Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chatbot & HNI outbound cold calling processes.
  • Ensure to analyse and enhance the existing process, Introduce and implement the new processes basis business objectives

Required skills:

  • Minimum 12 Years of relevant experience in Inside sales.
  • Must have experience in New Customer Acquisition.
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly).
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Must have Exceptional Communication Skills.
  • Great understanding of Sales and Purchasing Behaviour.
  • Familiar with MS Office and CRM software
  • Industry certifications including but are not limited to PMI, Selling, local technology associations, etc. a plus
