As a Creative Head you will be driving the brand's creative vision at leadership level as well as overseeing the activities of your team to maintain standards of creative excellence, timeliness, etc.


As a Creative Head you are expected to

  • Understand & follow the brand guidelines closely
  • Understand the users & their accepted styles of communication
  • Partner with marketing, product & design to understand & come up with visual story narratives that connects brand to consumers
  • Plan with social media managers & team managers for monthly content ideas and briefs
  • Drive in the ideation process for different campaigns
  • Present proposals to stakeholders & giving project directions as needed
  • Ensure that the brief and the ideation process translate into execution excellence
  • Ensure that all output is brand consistent and of high quality
  • Contribute towards improving the overall visual appeal of all brand assets
  • Work on consumer brands with strong digital narratives
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines for all output
  • Drive marketing campaigns through mailers, landing pages, digital creatives, etc.
  • Timely coordination & connect with stakeholders for overall strategy & work execution
  • Achieve targets that increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Present ideas to stakeholders as well as leadership
  • Take complex data and present it in a clear, digestible way to users


For your team you should be

  • Managing & mentoring the Graphic designers, Animators & Copywriters to develop the creative content for InfoEdge product lines
  • Plan the layout and visuals for creative projects while creating and maintaining a vision for a company’s products and branding
  • Bring in place the style guide of best practices for successful campaigns
  • Manage timelines & campaign briefs
  • Lead strategy and development of all creative content (design & content)
  • Remain updated on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your strategy


You should come with

  • An understanding of the latest communication trends and their role within a consumer environment
  • High confidence on production software like Adobe, Figma, etc.
  • Basic understanding of product development life cycle from idea to post-production/go-live
  • High sense of ownership towards your deliverables
  • An eye towards accuracy and attention to detail
  • A portfolio that demonstrates good understanding of elements that constitutes towards well balanced designs (typography, color, typeface selection, strokes, illustration styles, layout, hierarchy, balance, etc.)



  • Min 4-5 Years' experience of working in the people management role
  • Must have worked in a product environment
  • You should be an experienced presenter
  • Ability to switch context & be able to work with cross-functional teams
