Location: Noida (Sector 132).

Job Objective:

We are looking to hire for sales leader to head the inside Sales portfolio , someone who is passionate about Consumer sales is data-driven and has proven experience in building high-performance sales teams will be a right match for this role.


1. Demonstrated success leading a team in a fast-paced setting, achieving tele-sales targets through cold calling.

2- Should have a track record of leading Tele Sales teams who excel at generating sales through Cold Calling

3- Will be responsible to hire, manage and train the sales teams

4- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goal

5- Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales goals for the Sales team, monitor actual sales and sales leads, keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results

6- Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels like E-mailers, Chatbot & HNI outbound cold calling processes

7- Ensure to analyze and enhance the existing process, Introduce and implement the new processes basis business objectives
