Roles and Responsibilities

Must have experience in Designing, Implementing, Managing, upgrading IT Services

Experience in managing IT Infrastructure of Active Directory, Azure (AD, Apps, Federation), Intune
-
Managing Windows servers, Windows clients
-
Additional exposure to Exchange 2013/2016/2019, M365 (Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive), Power BI
-
Must be aware of IT services life cycle, IT expense Mgmt. & Budgeting
-
Experience in initiating and end to end handling of product evaluation (POCs, Pilots) and production deployments
-
Must have experience in evaluating products and create product evaluation reports
-
Must be able to create and review solution design
-
Must have experience in planning, executing projects, set timelines, track progress, ensure timely delivery of the projects
-
Must have ability to handle team and delegate tasks to team members, track progress and targets
-
Must be able to create IT Services roadmap, with business value along with periodic review

Should able to bring continual service improvements which can benefit end user and increase security

Should be able to track self service delivery and SLAs
-
Should be aware in defining service KPIs, Service SLAs, ability to build and review service catalogs

Must be able to create and review SOPs and handover to operations team

Must be able to train operations team

Must be able to define, document review acceptable use policy, security policies, etc.

Must able to handles Internal and External IT Audits

Must able to identity and automate daily operational work

Ensure delivery of Servers and Endpoints OS and softwares like Windows servers OS, Windows 10, Ubuntu and Mac, baseline, and LOB softwares along with its associated updates, upgrades, periodic security patching, ensuring compliances and review.

Must have experience in manage Software Licensing & Compliance

Must have experience in Handling P0 and P1 business escalations

Must have experience to Work on escalated incidents and problem requests (L3/L4), along with finding RCAs and provide CAPA

Experience in Handling VVIP Users issues

Experience in Handling major incidents, services, changes, problems
-
Experience in handling vendors, software OEMs
