Sales Analyst
Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with KAM manager and account executives to provide customer insights and actionable
inputs.
Analyze historical spending trends, discounts, take rates to increase monetization opportunities
Spot cross-sell opportunities to increase our share of wallet.
Monitor and track customer activities like expansion/downsizing/contract wins/financial
performance/M&A /stake holder movements
Ensure all client information are current and up to date on CRM and BI tools.
Track and update hiring contribution and channel mix.
Work closely with Sales Mangers to prepare customized client presentations
Required Skills:
MBA/PGDM with relevant work experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior Experience of working on BI tools
Strong research and data analysis skills.
