Job Description
- Organise internal and external events to create awareness of Naukri Hiring Suite and establish a strong connect with the HR fraternity
- Create a strong social media presence of Naukri Hiring Suite.
- Create effective and engaging videos for products falling under Naukri Hiring Suite.
- Gather continuous market intelligence and competitive data.
- Understand client sentiment / perception towards the brand and communicate to respective teams.
- Develop advertising messages, sales promotions, marketing programs and coordinate with external agencies.
- Develop and track ROI metrics for advertising and promotional programs to ensure proper allocation of budget resources.
